⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband has been bringing his 20-year-old car to our local Meineke for service many times over the years, and we have always been extremely pleased with the care he receives. The staff is consistently polite, courteous, professional, and honest. They take the time to explain what the car needs, what they are able to repair, and, when something is outside of their services, they are upfront about it and will often recommend where he can go for help. We especially appreciate that they never seem to push unnecessary repairs. My husband is 89 years old, and the kindness, patience, and respect they show him means a great deal to both of us. He trusts them completely and wouldn't consider taking his car anywhere else. Outstanding service and wonderful people — highly recommended!

I enjoy taking my vehicle here for oil changes, brakes, and other routine work. Today, I had to get my AC drain cleared. Drew and Nick took good care of the service and had it done quickly and professionally. I recommend others in the greater Charlotte area take their vehicles here. 5 Stars.

This Meineke is everything you want when getting your car inspected—fast, efficient, and friendly! My car was ready in under 30 minutes, and the process was quick and hassle-free. I’ve also had my car serviced here before and have always appreciated their honest recommendations and pricing. Highly recommend!

Nick was AMAZING, he's the one who handled all communication with me, though I'm unsure if he worked on the car itself. I dropped it off to be inspected, and Nick called to discuss what was wrong with it. There was a lot. But Nick gave me advice about where to get the transmission fixed, what to get done, and gave me time to think about it before deciding to go ahead with repairs. After I took the car home, I had a couple questions so I called again, and Nick was AGAIN more than happy to answer them for me. Meineke has a team that works both FOR you and WITH you, I highly recommend them. Edit on 06/19/2026 I tried to move the car today, and it wouldn't turn on. I'm not sure if it's something they missed, I'm going to get it back in asap, we'll see how it goes. Edit on 06/20/2026 They read my review and gave me a call, meineke is ON TOP OF IT!! They explained what the problem might be (they had told me before, I simply forgot) and with their advice I managed to get it running myself! Just needed new battery terminals. Meineke really gives top tier service, and cares about each and every one of their customers

Came in for exhaust , muffler and pipe. Was told the price over $450 went ahead and told them to do it . Told muffler and tailpipe were replaced. Got to where I could see it, there's no muffler at all just 3ft of pipe in place of the muffler. So 3ft of pipe was $472 . Never again and I promise you anyone could of done what was done to my truck for $175 max. Very disappointed.
